Based in Amsterdam, I am a massage therapist, bodywork practitioner and naturopathic therapist, offering treatments since 2020 in my own practices on the Sibogastraat and Domselaerstraat, at a women’s spa De Reloadclub, during national and international retreats and currently at the Massagehuys and Lievelinge.

I combine an introspective approach with hands-on techniques such as classical massage, acupressure, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, Chi Nei Tsang and reflexology. Each method has its own rhythm and entry point to the body, supporting the release of tension, deepening relaxation and activating self-healing.

My treatments are for anyone who wants to work through the body to support healing, growth or personal development. Whether you experience physical discomfort, struggle with stress and emotions or are going through a period of change, what is felt in the body can also be addressed through the body. This strengthens body awareness, helps you recognize signals and boundaries more easily and creates space to release tension and old patterns, making room for new experiences of relaxation, safety and resilience.

At the Massagehuys, I provide 50-minute, high-quality massages from a holistic approach, together with other experienced therapists.

You can choose from a variety of options; stress relief, deep tissue, pregnancy, authentic Asian, detox or the nourishing treatment with warm towels and extended face and foot work.
