Marloes Nierop verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen
· Voor het voldoen aan onze administratieplicht
· Je te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren
· Je te informeren over wijzigingen of vernieuwingen van onze diensten en producten
Wij zullen er alles aan doen om persoonsgegevens veilig te verwerken.
Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren
Marloes Nierop bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld.
Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:
· E–mailadressen met toestemming om nieuwsbrieven of andere digitale diensten te ontvangen worden bewaard tot de betrokkene toestemming intrekt.
· Factuurgegevens worden gedurende de wettelijke termijn van zeven jaar bewaard
Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden
Marloes Nierop verstrekt uitsluitend persoonsgegevens aan derden als hier toestemming voor is van de persoon zelf of bij een wettelijke verplichting.

Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan deze website wordt opgeslagen op jouw computer, tablet of smartphone. De cookies die wij gebruiken zijn noodzakelijk voor de technische werking en veiligheid van de website en jouw gebruiksgemak. Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heb je het recht om je eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door Marloes Nierop en heb je het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat je bij ons een verzoek kan indienen om je persoonsgegevens in een computerbestand naar jou of een ander, door jou genoemde organisatie, te sturen.
Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van je persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van je toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@mysticmeeting.com
Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, uiterlijk binnen vier weken, op je verzoek.
Hoe wij persoonsgegevens beveiligen
Marloes Nierop neemt de bescherming van jouw gegevens zeer serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Als jij het idee hebt dat jouw gegevens toch niet goed beveiligd zijn of er zijn aanwijzingen van misbruik, neem dan contact met ons op.
Marloes Nierop wil je er tevens op wijzen dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om een klacht in te dienen bij de nationale toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Dat kan via de volgende link.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send your personal data in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@mysticmeeting.com
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.

Marloes Nierop takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
